Environmental Impact Assessment for the construction of a new dock for oil tankers owned by the company OIL TANKING - EBYTEM S.A. Puerto Rosales, Punta Alta, 1998. The study consisted in the risk assessment of replacing two mono-buoys for crude oil loading/unloading from the access canal of the Bahía Blanca Estuary to the oil tanker fleet owned by the company.
